Fallen!

Raced the other night. Went really well, 'I'm back!' I thought. Got cocky and ran some hills next day with Sam (never believe his 'easy leg loosener' claims). And then went out with the club in the evening. About 6 miles in and went over again on the ankle. Much foul language later I managed to hobble to the nearest road and get driven home. --> Square One.

In other news, today is apparently the Autumn Equinox. Which would be fine — I love the cool clear days you get at this time of year — but I think I'd like a refund on the Summer. Badly underperforming on a flimsy asset base, it seems to have had a hostile takeover by the season known as Grey. No government help available.
