Fingers crossed

Now an expert in strapping techniques and regular customer at Return to Fitness. Several short steady bike rides and a few short runs. Still a bit swollen, not that painful.

Went to watch the Sandstone Trail Race on Sunday, with a few mates racing. Normally something I really look forward to, but good fun to watch. The girls were ace and got stuck in helping out on the water table. Inspiring stuff, got me out for 45' in the evening.

8 miles with the club on Wed night. Went alright. I feel just the kind of cockiness returning that got me into bother last time :)

Hope the ankle mends soon. I knackered mine at Cader Idris in May, only just regained strength in it now. Being old(er) sucks.
